Core Raiders.

Due to many people that asked the question how to become a core raider we made a decision.

Myristates will try to setup a meeting every 2 weeks. In these meetings will be decided who will be promoted or demoted. All the people that are present at the meetings can suggest a player that can be promoted or demoted. Eventually we will discuss this and a decision will be made.

Offcourse people wonder now, how/when will they pick my name. We are looking for players that do not only raid, but also use the Guildbank system, help other players and do more then that. Realize that becoming a Core Raider is difficult. We choose to do so since we are trying to promote players to be as active as they can. Also making decisions about promotions, things like behaviour counts.

1. How much does a player raids?
2. Is he/she using the Guild Bank system?
3. Are there (legit) complaints about the players behaviour
4. Do they do more in the guild then raiding? (like helping players etc)
5. Is the person working for progression, on guild and personal basis?

The points above that are listed are the main focus points on this behalf. Then players will ask them selves what are the benefits of becoming a Core Raider?

Core Raiders get 20 Gold a day for repairs they can use from the Guild Bank.
Core Raiders are equently high on loot compared Officers. This means they are above raiders etc.
Core Raiders is the last step up to become an officer.
